The Accounting Clerk supports daily financial operations and ensures accurate, timely processing of accounting transactions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers
Assist with bank and account reconciliations
Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
Support month-end closing activities
Enter data into accounting systems with a high level of accuracy
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Assist with filing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma required; coursework in accounting or business preferred
1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
